Holmesclean Limited is a family business originally started as Holmes Cleaning Services in 1978 by Julie Holmes after she moved into a dirty new house and saw the possibility of starting a small cleaning business. Julie worked for 40 years with a small band of cleaners creating a reputation for reliability and high standards.
We work exclusively on new build residential sites, providing fully trained cleaners and regular site visits to discuss programming of the works and checking quality.
We will work to each builders specification or our exhaustive Cleaning Manual detailing all operations, methods and risk assessments. We are fully aware of the importance of the cleanliness of the property on occupation. In today’s trend for professional snagging and discerning purchasers, attention to detail is vital. At Holmesclean Ltd, we work with a wide variety of developers from small local firms to some of the largest in the country. We only work on the new residential developments, creating that all important favourable first impression for new home buyers. Our cleaning services include
Builders Cleans
This clean is carried out when plots practically complete to allow mastic application to wet rooms etc. and give site staff the opportunity to inspect the property for any defects, damage and other issues.
Re-Cleans
A Re-clean is carried out after any necessary snagging and remedial works for reinspection by site staff and new home demonstration for purchasers.
Sparkle Cleans
Prior to occupation we carry out acomplete reclean, internal and externally, to present a clean sharp and fragrant home for the new owner to move in to. We leave homes sparkling clean.
Show House Cleaning
Regular cleaning of show homes, marketing suites and stock plots, internally and externally, to maintain an immaculate example of the standard and cleanliness of the properties for sale.
Welfare Facilities Cleaning
Regular cleaning of site offices, canteens, drying rooms and W.C blocks for presentation and to maintain Health and Safety Standards.
Professional Carpet Cleaning
We work with a professional carpet cleaner on sparkle cleans for muddy footprints , paint splashes, rust stains, water marks etc. Sanitising, deodorising and heat drying.
We are Fully Accredited
You can rest assured that at Holmesclean we attain SMAS Worksafe accreditation every year and have a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy. We are fully insured and carry out regular risk assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Assessments. We work closely with all of our developer clients and have regular site safety inductions and quality control inspections.
